From the Healthy Food Site. Yet another way to use Aloe Vera juice! Ingredients:
3 fresh peaches, sliced with skin on |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginseng extract |
1/2 teaspoon liquid aloe vera |
2 cloves |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth, taking care to stop the machine and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to ensure proper blending. 2. Serve immediately or store refrigerated until ready to serve. |
