I never knew why this is called soup but I do know that it is delicious! Ingredients:
7-8 large peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced |
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract |
1 can evaporated low-fat milk |
1/4 cup amaretto |
2 tblesp. lemon juice |
1 pint peach yogurt |
dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Puree fruit in food processor. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Stir in cinnamon. 4. Chill for 2 hours before serving. |
