This is best with fresh juicy peaches. Chill 2-3 hours. Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 cups sliced peaches, fresh ripe or thawed frozen |
2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste) |
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt or 2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 cup water |
1 cup orange juice |
1 dash ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving. |
