This is a refreshing, light dessert. It is nice served with ice cream, and has only a small amount of preparation time! My taste-testers at home liked it, and I hope you do too! :)
Ingredients:
825 g canned peaches (the can i used contained 9% mango puree, and natural fruit juice.)
1/2 cup caster sugar (can add more if desired.)
Directions:
1. Blend the canned peaches.
2. Place in a container, and freeze overnight.
3. Remove from freezer and blend in a food processor.
4. Taste, and decide if it is sweet enough for you. If desired, add more sugar and blend again.
5. Serve.
