I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Tops courtesy of Washington State Fruit Commission. For a super cold smoothie, layer diced peaches in a single layer on a pan & freeze until frozen. Ingredients:
2 cups peeled pitted and diced washington fresh peaches |
1/2 cup low-fat milk |
1 cup vanilla ice cream |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth. 2. Serve. |
