A super easy smoothie recipe using ingredients I almost always have on hand. My kids LOVE it! I usually put the ingredients in the blender and let it blend on the 'puree' setting for several minutes so that it ends up completely smooth with no chunks. We like ours pretty thin but if you like a thicker smoothie add 1/2 cup of ice or more depending on your taste! I use Dannon Light 'N' Fit yogurt which is made with Splenda - so low sugar and no Aspartame.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned peaches in light syrup, drained
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend.
