Oh yeah! Here's the sauce for you! Great on everything from poultry to ice cream to bread pudding! Super easy!
Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) can cling peach slices, cut into small pieces
1 cup whipping cream
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
1. Drain the peaches well, cut into pieces.
2. Whip cream until slightly thickened, beat in egg yolk.
3. Drizzle in honey, continue beating until thick and creamy.
4. Fold in peaches and extract.
5. Chill.
6. Stir well before serving.
