Sounds great when peaches are in season since this uses fresh white and yellow peaches. A no-cook recipe that would be nice on a summer BBQ buffet table. From a newspaper clipping. Ingredients:
3 white peaches |
3 peaches |
10 raspberries, smashed |
1 mango |
1 orange, segments only with skin and membrane removed |
6 mint leaves, chiffonade |
1/2 kiwi |
8 ounces orange juice |
8 ounces cranberry juice |
1 ounce lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Slice peaches, mango and kiwi into 1/4 inch slices. 2. Add fruit, orange segments, berries and juices to a large bowl and mix. 3. Add chiffinade of mint and stir. Serve. |
