Peach Salad a La Menthe

Sounds great when peaches are in season since this uses fresh white and yellow peaches. A no-cook recipe that would be nice on a summer BBQ buffet table. From a newspaper clipping.
Ingredients:
3 white peaches
3 peaches
10 raspberries, smashed
1 mango
1 orange, segments only with skin and membrane removed
6 mint leaves, chiffonade
1/2 kiwi
8 ounces orange juice
8 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce lemon juice
Directions:
1. Slice peaches, mango and kiwi into 1/4 inch slices.
2. Add fruit, orange segments, berries and juices to a large bowl and mix.
3. Add chiffinade of mint and stir. Serve.
