This is a great topping for pancakes, waffles or French toast. Ingredients:
4 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced |
3 plums, pitted and sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/3 cup maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large frying pan. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is tender, about 8 minutes. 3. Serve warm over waffles, pancakes or French toast. |
