We won't go on and on about how rich in beta-carotene, potassium and vitamin C this smoothie is. Instead, we'll just say that it's as close[ as you can get to a fresh peach cobbler without turning on your oven. Serve it was a couple of ginger crisps and see for yourself.] Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat peach yogurt |
1/2 cup low-fat evaporated milk |
1 cup frozen unsweetened chopped or sliced peaches |
1/2 cup peach sorbet |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
pinch of ground allspice |
Directions:
1. Combine the yogurt and evaporated milk in a blender. Add all the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. |
