1 cup unsweetened frozen peach slices |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch nutmeg |
1 pinch ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. |
