If you like peaches, you will love this smoothie! You can use whatever kind of milk you like - skim works great with this too. This recipe if from the Dairy Farmers of Canada. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!) |
2 cups peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh |
1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. |
