Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mashed, fresh ripe peaches (about 5 medium) |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk, chilled |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
dash of salt |
peach slices |
fresh mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine mashed peaches and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Set aside. 2. Beat milk in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form; gently fold in peach mixture, lemon juice, and salt. Spoon mixture into a 6-cup mold, and freeze overnight. 3. Unmold onto a serving dish. Garnish with peaches and mint leaves. |
