                    Try this fruity pick-me-up next time you're in the mood for a cooling iced drink. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 ounce superfine sugar  |  
                                                1/4 cup boiling water  |  
                                                12 ounces ice cubes  |  
                                                1/2 mango, flesh chopped  |  
                                                1 peach, stone removed  |  
                                                1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, strained  |  
                                                3/8 cup white rum  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water and leave to cool. 2. Pour into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 3. Serve straight away in chilled tall glasses.                              |
