A recipe I got from The Can Opener Gourmet - you can make mango lassi by substituting a can of mango for the can of peaches Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can peaches, drained |
3 cups plain yogurt |
1/3 cup sugar, more if you like it sweeter |
2 cups crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Puree the canned peaches in a blender. 2. Add the yogurt and sugar and process until blended. 3. Finally, add the ice and process until smooth and frothy. 4. Enjoy! |
