12 mini hamburger buns, split |
1/2 cup peach preserves or 1/2 cup peach jam |
1/2 cup coarse grain mustard |
12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef |
4 ounces muenster cheese, cut into 12 small slices |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°. 2. Place buns on a large baking sheet. 3. Spread preserves and mustard evenly over bottom half of bun. 4. Arrange roast beef and cheese over mustard. 5. Cover with top half; cover pan with foil. 6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
