A fruity gelato! Ingredients:
4 cups whole milk |
2 cups peaches |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
Directions:
1. Heat milk and add eggs. 2. Cook until thickened-about 6 to 8 minutes. 3. Add pureed peaches, lemon juice, and 1/4 c sugar. 4. Add peach mixture to milk base. 5. Refrigerate at least two hours. 6. Freeze in an ice cream maker per instructions. |
