Ingredients:
2 ounces light rum |
1/2 peach, fresh, peeled or canned |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon superfine sugar |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until the contents have the consistency of snow. Serve immediately in a large saucer champagne or similar glass, with short straws. |
