Absoulutely delicious. Be sure to serve warm with whipped cream. Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs peaches, peeled and sliced |
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup peach schnapps |
1 cup half-and-half |
2 teaspoons grated lemons, zest of |
Directions:
1. Place peaches in a 2 qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. 2. Process flour, melted butter, eggs, peach schnapps, half-and-half, and grated lemon zest in a food processor until smooth; pour over peaches and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. |
