8 ripe peaches peeled pitted and sliced |
juice of 1 lemon |
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 cup all purpose flour |
1/4 cup brown sugar packed |
2 tablespoons butter cut into slices |
1/4 cup quick cooking oats |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Spray pie plate with non stick cooking spray. 3. Arrange peach slices in the pie plate then sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. 4. In small bowl combine flour and brown sugar. 5. With your fingers crumble margarine into flour sugar mixture on top of the peaches. 6. Bake until peaches are soft and topping is browned. 7. Serve warm. |
