PEACH CRISP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pfeiffer Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1986. Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix |
1 stick butter |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1 can peach pie filling |
2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon almond flavoring |
Directions:
1. Mix pie filling, lemon juice and almond flavoring then pour into square pan. 2. Melt butter and mix with dry cake mix and walnuts then spread over pie filling. 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
