I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. I plan to try apples for this recipe. I also plan on using vanilla or caramel syrup. Ingredients:
1 -2 lb peach |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
2 tablespoons sugar free gingerbread davinci syrup |
4 serving size sugar free butterscotch pudding (1 package) |
1 cup old fashioned oats |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Mix together peaches, Splenda and DaVinci syrup. 2. Mix topping with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the fruit. Bake 375 for about 35-45 minutes depending on the firmness of the fruit. |
