My grandpa brought my over a box of peaches, so I made up this recipe. It is the full fat version. Both work out great.
Ingredients:
7 medium peaches, sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
1 cup oats
2/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons soft butter
Directions:
1. Sliced peache and mix in bowl with suagar and cornstarch.
2. Place in a sprayed baking dish.
3. Mix together the remaining ingredients.
4. Sprinkle on top.
5. Bake at 325°F for 25-30 minutes.
