This is a great recipe and quick as well. Can be used as a dessert or for breakfast or a snack. Found this on . Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs peaches, sliced, thawed if frozen |
2 cups lemon low fat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
4 shortbread cookies |
Directions:
1. Combine peaches, yogurt and vanilla in a bowl, then place in individual serving dishes. 2. Place cookies on serving platter or around the dishes. 3. Enjoy! |
