Peach Cream Cheese Bars

Light, refreshing, peachy and gooey with the decadence of cream cheese. Love this stuff, but warning, it is addicting. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 package french vanilla cake mix
1/3 cup butter melted
1 egg
12 ounce jar peach preserves
8 ounce package cream cheese softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then grease a rectangular pan.
2. In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter and egg then mix with fork until just crumbly.
3. Gently spoon 1-1/2 cups into measuring cup and set aside for topping.
4. Press remainder of crumb mixture into bottom of pan and bake 10 minutes.
5. Spread preserves over baked crust.
6. In a small bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg then beat until smooth.
7. Spread over preserves then sprinkle reserved topping mix over cream cheese mixture.
8. Bake 30 minutes then chill and cut into squares.
9. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
