PEACH CREAM This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Patrick Estate in Canton, Texas in 1981. Ingredients:
1/2 cup whipping cream chilled |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
8 ounce package cream cheese softened |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 tablespoons peach preserves |
Directions:
1. In chilled bowl beat whipping cream at high speed scraping bowl often until soft peaks form. 2. Continue beating gradually adding 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks. 3. Add powdered sugar, cream cheese, ginger and preserves. 4. Continue beating scraping bowl often until smooth. |
