This is delicious! And so easy! I'm sure you could use any pie filling, but I haven't done that yet! Ingredients:
16 t margarine |
1 c sugar |
2 eggs |
1 t vanilla |
2 c flour |
2 t baking powder |
1/2 t salt |
21 oz can peach pie filling |
topping |
2 t margarine |
1/4 c brown sugar |
1/2 c flour |
Directions:
1. cream margarine and sugar 2. Add eggs, beat well, Add vanilla 3. Add sifted dry ingredients, mix well. 4. Spread 1/2 batter into greased 9x 13 pan 5. Spread pie filling over, Then top with the rest of batter. 6. Mix topping till crumbly, then sprinkle over top. 7. Bake 350 degrees 40 min |
