Mom recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup skim milk |
4 (16 ounce) cans peaches |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 dash nutmeg |
1 dash vanilla |
Directions:
1. Pour melted butter in bottom of 9x13 pan. 2. Blend first four ingredients and 1 C peach juice, add milk. Pour batter evenly into pan. Spoon peaches over the batter. 3. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
