Lemon yogurt and orange juice add a citrusy kick to these peachy keen smoothies. Theyâre slightly icy at first, but get nice and creamy after a minute or so. âJoni Rodriguez, Silverton, Oregon Ingredients:
3/4 cup orange juice |
2 cups crushed ice |
2 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches |
1/2 cup lemon yogurt |
1/3 cup honey |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings. |
