Peach Chicken with Stuffing |

This is yummy and very easy. Ingredients:
1 can peach |
6 chicken breasts |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 box chicken stuffing mix |
2 tablespoons margarine |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon allspice |
Directions:
1. Drain peaches and reserve liquid.
2. Add water to equal 1 1/2 c.
3. liquid.
4. Brown chicken in oil.
5. Add liquid, seasonings, brown sugar, butter and allspice.
6. Bring to boil.
7. Reduce and simmer.
8. Remove chicken.
9. Add peaches and stuffing.
10. Cover and cook 5 min.
