The nutty flavor of pecan and the sweetness of the peach and caramel are a good match.
Ingredients:
use pecan sandie crust-see crust page.
3/4 cup pecan rough chopped
3/4 cup caramel morsels(kraft)
2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
5 large eggs
1 ounce peach extract(bickford flavors)
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500^.
2. Mix chopped pecans and caramel morsels.
3. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
4. Blend cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
5. Add eggs one at a time.
6. Add peach extract and cream, mixing thoroughly.
7. Pour over caramel/pecan layer.
8. Bake at 500^ for 15 minutes.
9. Reduce temp to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
10. Cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
