Nothing like eating a Hot Muffin ....YEAH BUDDY Hope you enjoy Ingredients:
4 c. all purpose flour |
2/3 c. packed brown sugar |
2 tbsp. baking powder |
1 tsp. salt |
1/2 tsp. baking soda |
1/4 tsp. ground allspice |
2 eggs |
2 c. sour cream |
1/2 c. cooking oil |
1 c. chopped fresh, frozen or canned peaches |
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and allspice. Make a well in center. Combine eggs, sour cream and oil; stir in peaches. Add peach mix all at once to flour mix. Stir just until moist. Batter should be lumpy. Spoon into greased muffin cups filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 20 muffins. |
