This is a delicious and healthy smoohtie made with peaches, blackberries, and almonds! The peaches and blackberries provide heart-healthy soluble fiber. Ingredients:
2 cups milk (or enriched vanilla soy milk) |
2 cups frozen peaches |
1 cup frozen blackberrie |
2 tablespoons almond butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
