This gluten free salad is hit with my family at the end of summer. Ingredients:
2 large peaches, sliced |
5 ounces baby arugula |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, toss peaches and arugula. 2. Drizzle with green goddess dressing. 3. Serve. |
