2 cups chopped peeled peaches |
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion |
1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon peach nectar |
2 jalapeƱo peppers, finely chopped and seeded |
