Ingredients:
6 cups bite-size pieces salad greens
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 cups sliced peaches
1 medium stalk celery, sliced (1/2 cup)
2 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette
1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts, if desired
Directions:
1. In large bowl, toss all ingredients except peanuts. Top with peanuts.
