Peach and Ginger Green Tea Smoothie |

Refreshing and so good for you. Ingredients:
1 peach (peeled, pitted and sliced) |
1/2 banana |
1 teaspoon green tea leaves |
1/2 cup ice (crushed) |
1/4 teaspoon ginger (minced) |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Brew green tea in 1/2 cup water, heated to 180degrees for 4 min., remove leaves, let cool. 2. Blend ice,peach,banana, honey and ginger until smooth. 3. Right before serving stir in green tea; serve immediately. |
