Good breakfast! Ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) low-fat cottage cheese |
4 slices bread, toasted |
1 peach, pitted and cut into 8 wedges |
2 tsp (10 ml) sugar |
1 tsp (5 ml) cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Spread the cottage cheese on the slices of toast. Place 2 wedges of peach on each and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place under a preheated broiler until the topping bubbles, 1 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately. |
