Delicious little appetizer tarts with brie and peach. Ingredients:
2 (1.90 oz.) boxes mini phyllo shells |
2 oz creamy brie |
1/2 c peach preserves |
3 tb chopped roasted almonds |
garnish:fresh mint leaves |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350' On large baking sheet,arrange phyllo shells. Cut brie into 30 small pieces. Place 1 brie piece in each shell. Top each with 1/4 tsp peach preserves. 2. Top evenly with almonds. Bake 4 to 5 mins or till cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh mint leaves,if desired. |
