4 cups sliced peaches |
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |

3 tablespoons butter, cut in pieces |
4 buttermilk biscuits, baked and halved |
2 teaspoons butter, melted |
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar |
Directions:
1. Toss fruit with combined sugars, flour and spices and spoon into slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on high until fruit is tender, about 2 hours. 3. Arrange biscuit halves, cut side down, on fruit during last 30 minutes of cooking. 4. Dot with cold butter. 5. Brush biscuits lightly with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve warm. |
