this is a nice cold drink on a hot summer night

Ingredients:

1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

6 ounces peach wine

1 medium peach, sliced

Directions:

1. in a blender place the peach slices minus 4 thin slices set aside.
2. add ice cream and wine and mix till well blended.
3. serve in chilled glasses with a slice of peach for garnish and enjoy.
