Art Soppa Ingredients:
2 cups dried peas |
1/2 lb pork spareribs, cut in pieces with bone |
1 onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Soak peas 2 to 3 hours overnight. 2. Retaining soaking water, add pork and onion. 3. Bring to a boil, cover. 4. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook about 4 hours. 5. Add salt to taste. 6. Remove pork bones and serve hot. |
