You do this one the way you make potato salad. One of my favorites! But I love English peas! My family makes this on thanksgiving far back as I can remember and I am old! Ingredients:
2 cans english peas,drained |
1 onion, chopped |
2 boiled eggs,chopped |
1/4 cup sweet pickles |
1 tablespoons mustard |
2 tablespoons mayo |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. 2. chill until you are ready to eat. 3. you can tell how much mayo you need, (more or less, mayo) |
