A refreshing cold peas salad accented with bacon and bleu cheese Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed and drained (dry as possible) |
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped |
1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, slice thinly (julienne) |
5 ounces mayonnaise |
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine mayo and bleu cheese. 2. Add to all other ingredients and toss. 3. Chill and enjoy! |
