Found in a farm magazine recipe by Eleanor Tupy. I'm going to use 2 cups of frozen peas when I make this. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained |
1 cup american cheese, cubed |
1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped |
1/3 cup almonds, slivered |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons cream |
1/4 teaspoon salad mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and refrigerate over night to blend flavors. |
