This recipe makes an easy, yet well-flavored side that goes well with a variety of main courses. âI make this about once a month. Itâs a modification on a recipe I found in a cookbook. Cassie Conrad - Prescott Valley, AZ Ingredients:
3/4 pound fresh snow peas |
1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned |
1/2 small onion, sliced |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute the snow peas, red pepper, onion, garlic salt and pepper in oil and butter until vegetables are tender. Yield: 4 servings. |
