~Pie~ Ingredients:
pie crust |
1 (15 oz) can black-eyed peas,drained and pureed |
3/4 cup butter,softened |
3 fresh eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 cup pecans,chopped |
Directions:
1. Place the pie crust in a 9 pie plate. 2. Beat the peas,butter in a bowl. 3. Stir in the other 9 ingredients. 4. Pour into pie crust. 5. Sprinkle with pecans. 6. Have your oven preheated to 350 degrees 7. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes(or) until a knife inserted in center comes out clean . 8. Cool completely on a wire rack. 9. Cover and store in refrigerator. |
