1 1/2 cups peas, cooked |
2 medium tomatoes, diced |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
salt, to taste |
fresh ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
