Peanut butter and jelly smoothie. Nice and creamy from the banana. Ingredients:
1 banana |
1/2 cup frozen strawberries |
1 tablespoon peanut butter |
1 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Can add a half-capful of vanilla, too. 2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 3. Drink. |
