1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 cup skim milk |
2 teaspoons peanut butter |
1 cup strawberry, frozen |
2 teaspoons whey protein powder |
6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Throw altogether in a blender and give er a whirl. |
